Operational marketing

The techniques of traditional Operational Marketing are unavoidable paths to any effective Transversal Communication: Promotion, PLV, Direct Marketing, Stimulation of sale networks.

These techniques are however completely related to Interactive Marketing, without however giving up their former means of expression.

CRM, or customer relationship management develops more easily, thanks to the Datababe management tools.

Today we manage brand through a second channel, a new media, as old as the World: Men themselves, who are in the middle of the new Communication techniques, like Viral Marketing and Buzz Marketing, in particular in Community and commercial networks.

NRM (Network Relationship Management) allows to manage network relation, by the traditional ways as well as on Internet.
